崔颢
昔人已乘黄鹤去，
此地空余黄鹤楼。
黄鹤一去不复返，
白云千载空悠悠。
晴川历历汉阳树，
芳草萋萋鹦鹉洲。
日暮乡关何处是，
烟波江上使人愁。
The Yellow Crane Tower
Cui Hao
People of a bygone age rode the yellow cranes and flew away.
Today, the Yellow Crane Tower here is only a name.
The yellow cranes, once gone, were gone forever.
A millennium of white clouds have drifted idly by.
The trees on Hanyang side stood out in the sun.
The grass on Parrot Shoal had grown abundant.
At dusk I asked myself which way was home.
The misty waves on the River made me groan.
