十九大开幕式报告经济政策
1、 我国社会主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾。
The principal contradiction facing Chinese society is that between the unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s growing demand for a better life.
2、 我国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段。
China’s economic growth has evolved to become quality-oriented from being speed-oriented.
3、 建设现代化经济体系必须把发展经济的着力点放在实体经济上。
Real economy must be the focus when developing modern economic system.
4、 创新是引领发展的第一动力，是建设现代化经济体系的战略支撑。
Innovation drives development and also supports the building of a modern economic system.
5、 开放带来进步，封闭必然落后。
Openness will drive the economy forward, while closed doors could only drag us behind.
6、 坚持房子是用来住的，不是用来炒的定位。
Again, houses are built for people to live in, not for speculation.
7、 深化国有企业改革，发展混合所有制经济，培育具有全球竞争力的世界一流企业。
China will deepen SOE reforms along with a mixed-ownership economy, and nurture competitive & world-class enterprises.
8、 就业是最大的民生，要破除妨碍劳动力、人才社会性流动的体制机制弊端。
Employment is top priority in terms of improving people’s livelihood. We must lift barriers that stop labor and talents from moving freely.
9、 坚持精准扶贫、精准脱贫，确保到2020年我国现行标准下农村贫困人口实现脱贫。
The Chinese Communist Party will stick to targeted poverty alleviation and lift everybody out of poverty by 2020.
