以力服人者，非心服也，力不瞻也；以德服人者，中心悦而诚服也。
If you make others obedient by force, they are obedient because they can’t match you, but they are never obedient at heart. However, if you make others obeident by virtue and morality, they will be obedient to you pleasantly and honestly.
